This product is amazing. I am really pleased with its look and functionality. Easy to use and very thin and discreet under my shirt which allows me to work instead of laying in bed dying of cramps. So far I only use the lowest setting. I can't believe how hot this little thing gets. I didn't think I would need or ever use the vibration but it actually kind of feels nice.

I love this so much!! I originally purchased this because I was going to attend court case and my periods are usually very very painfull. I Love everything about this it works great I love that I can wear it under my clothes and you can barely tell I have it on It works prefect for cramps but I also flip it around and use it on my lower back sometimes and it works so well.I love the fact that it keeps me warm too. This belt is great for when you don't want or can carry around a hot water bottle with you. It closes with a velcro band and can be adjusted to any length. It comes with a rechargeable pink power bank that will take you through the day. You can even include your own powerbank, but this one is particularly flat and lightweight, very comfortable to wear in the belt. You can choose between several heating setting, just for what is comfortable for you. There is also a vibration mode to sooth your pain and discomfort, in case you have backache. I really like this product and gladly recommend it to you.

I get really sharp stabbing pains with my periods (I also take the Feminax painkillers alongside using these heat pads when the pains are really bad). I was a bit dubious at first but I am very pleasantly surprised with how good they were. I get terrible pains so I decided to try this out and I’m so happy I did. You just stick it to your underwear or clothes (never on your skin) and let it heat up. As long as there’s no pressure over it like jeans pushing into it then you can really feel the heat of it. It’s like a hot bottle, my skin is actually Gone red from the heat. It really works and isn’t noticeable at all. I've always been using rubber heating pads, and wasn't too confident to use this! but it works amazing

First of all, the product I received is not what they shown on the listing, the one on the listing looks more hot pink What I have received is soft with external battery pack. The device comes with a soft fabric housing, it is not pressing onto anything while using this on tummy or at the back which is quite comfortable. The external battery pack comes with a small pouch allows you to put it on the belt which is made of soft silicone-like material.

This is such a brilliant idea for pain relief. Be it for period pain, or backache, even breast pain if you struggle with that around your monthlys, this works so so well. The material is lovely and soft, not at all irritating, the strap holds very well, great that it's adjustable. It's all made nicely, very good quality items, and the warming component works a treat. This really has helped me out so much when in pain, highly recommend!

I was really looking forward to using this Period Pain Relief Heat Pad but things did not go well. The belt is quite slim and very pliable, which is no bad thing. It sits around the tummy well. The battery is small and slim so that is good. BI left the battery on charge for about 6 hours and according to the blue LED lights, it was fully charged. I didn't use it straight away but when I came to use it the next day, the charge had completely depleted! I put the battery on charge again and it was then showing full within around 3 hours. So I hooked it up to the belt and used it with various vibration and heat settings. The vibration modes are very noisy. This is not something I could use at all, it would drive me nuts! The heat was subtle even on full. I think this belt is a good idea. Perhaps I had a faulty one or the idea was not implemented quite as well as it should have been.
